Terms of Service

What this is
Rabuta is private content-production software operated for a closed set of approved users. It is not offered to the public and there is no self-service signup. Using it means you accept these terms.
Access
Accounts are granted by the operator and may be withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping your sign-in secure. Do not share access with anyone who has not been approved.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Rabuta and everything it produces for you. The application is a tool: it drafts, edits and publishes at your direction, and it claims no rights over the result.
You are the publisher
Drafts are AI-assisted until a person approves them. You are responsible for what is published under your accounts, including its accuracy, its licensing, and whether it complies with the rules of the platform it is posted to. Review the work before it goes out. Automated generation is not a defence for something inaccurate or infringing.
Connected platforms
When you connect a social account, your use of that platform stays governed by that platform's own terms, and Rabuta acts only within the permissions you granted. You are responsible for holding the rights to publish to the accounts you connect. Access can be revoked from either side at any time, and the operator is not responsible for a platform changing, restricting or removing its API.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Rabuta to publish content you do not have the right to publish.
- Do not use it for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or to evade a platform's rate limits or automation rules.
- Do not use it to impersonate a real person without their consent, and disclose synthetic media where the platform or the law requires it.
- Do not attempt to access another workspace, or to extract credentials from the system.
Confidential and regulated information
Do not put confidential client information into Rabuta. Where professional or statutory confidentiality rules apply to your work, they apply to what you paste into this tool as well, and the safest handling is not to submit that material at all.
Availability
The software is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, and it depends on third-party services that can fail or change without notice. Scheduled work can be delayed or dropped if a provider is unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software, including lost reach, lost revenue, or the consequences of a published post.
Changes and termination
These terms may change, and the date above will reflect it. Access may be suspended for a breach of the acceptable-use section. You can stop using the software at any time and ask for your data to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
